Did you know? Once upon a time, Alpha Koncepts was known as Firearm Training Chicago. However, as we grew the company was rebranded as Alpha Koncepts. While firearm training in and around Chicago is still our core service offering, we now offer many other safety training classes.
Since 2013 We’ve provided state-mandated firearm training, but we also provide a variety of classes from children to advanced shooting courses. It’s incredibly important that gun owners know how to safely and effectively use their weapons and we’re proud to provide that training.

Located Near Chicago
Since our inception, we’ve been located a stone’s throw from the Chicago border and have been providing firearm training services all across the Chicagoland area. Currently our classroom is located in Park Ridge, but we provide training classes at various shooting ranges including the Aurora Sportsman’s Club and the Article II range. We’ll also come to you for a private or group class.
Chicago Gun Laws
Our certified instructors are well versed to navigate the complex Chicago gun laws so that we can better train our students to not just be competent shooters but remain within the good graces of the legal system. The Chicago municipal ordinances are lengthy, but chapters 8-20 and 8-24 apply to weapon ownership. 4-144 regulates weapon dealers as well as replica weapons.
