Gear for Force on Force Training

Last updated on January 12th, 2024

Congratulations on registering for a force on force class. While Alpha Koncepts shall provide all weapons, we will also provide most of the safety gear as well.

However, Students should bring the following:

  • Eye protection
  • Gloves
  • Multiple layers of long sleeve and long legged clothing.

We prefer that you lock all weapons in your vehicle. If you prefer not to lock your weapons in your vehicle, we ask that you bring a small pouch or case that you may place your weapons and valuables inside. We will lock-up your weapons for the duration of class. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS.

  1. Good morning Tom. I was wondering what specifically is meant by several layers of long sleeve and long pants clothing. Can you. Please clarify.
    Thanks.
    I’m looking forward to this

    1. Good question. Think about how you might dress for an outdoor winter activity with a base layer and then an outer layer. For example, for a shirt, this may include a long-sleeve shirt with a hoodie, flannel, or BDU over the long-sleeve shirt. Also, for the pants, that could include long underwear with regular pants over. Or for the pants it could include regular pants with sweatpants over, etc…

Don’t overthink it. 2 layers of pretty much any type of clothing will usually suffice.
